1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using RizzMaxed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RizzMaxed. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Account

RizzMaxed requires Sign in with Apple to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User content and license

By submitting, uploading, or transmitting any content through the App (including voice recordings, images, text, and screenshots), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the App and our services.

5. AI-generated content

RizzMaxed uses artificial intelligence to generate voice conversations, evaluations, coaching feedback, and suggested messages. All AI characters are fictional. Conversations are simulated and do not involve real people.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy, appropriateness, or real-world effectiveness. Use at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or verification systems
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Impersonate another person

7. Subscriptions and purchases

RizzMaxed offers auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases, processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

8. Intellectual property

RizzMaxed and all associated content, features, functionality, and branding are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

RizzMaxed is a practice and entertainment tool. We make no guarantees about real-world outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
