User-generated content. This includes your username, voice conversation transcripts, uploaded images, and any other content you create or submit through the app.

Usage and performance data. We collect information about how you interact with the app, including scores, session data, and feature usage, to operate, improve, and develop our services.

Device information. We may collect device identifiers and push notification tokens when you grant permission.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the RizzMaxed service
• Process voice conversations, evaluations, and AI-generated content
• Display leaderboards and public usernames
• Send push notifications (with your permission)
• Analyze usage patterns and develop new features
• Enforce our terms of service
• Any other purpose described at the time of collection

3. Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to help operate RizzMaxed, including for authentication, data storage, voice processing, AI models, and payment processing. These providers may process your data as necessary to perform their functions. We may add or change service providers at any time.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the app, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Your username and scores may be visible to other users on leaderboards.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Data security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. You can manage push notification preferences through your device settings.

8. Age requirement

RizzMaxed is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy at any time. Your continued use of RizzMaxed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
